Don Morris spoke at the annual M Financial Marketing Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona where he was honored to be a featured presenter discussing the challenges and opportunities of planning for and executing a successful M member firm Succession strategy for the benefit of servicing continuity of our existing and future client generations. This is a huge challenge for the life insurance industry as our industry matures, and the recruitment of new agents has significantly been curtailed.

A Day on the Bay

Team MB enjoyed a lovely day on the bay to celebrate and wrap up 2023. As we closed out the year, we celebrated MB’s successes and milestones that were reached by the team.
